Shipping Time: Once shipped, most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Carrier: We use USPS or UPSfor all our shipping needs.
Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped, allowing you to monitor your package's journey.

At Penthouse Salon, the nature of our products necessitates strict adherence to sanitary standards. As such, all sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions:
Final Sale: All purchases are non-refundable.
Exchange Eligibility: Unused, unopened, and unworn items may be eligible for exchange.
